Terms of service
The rules for using this website. Short, and in plain English, because these pages are usually written to be skipped.
This website is run by Zero to Agent, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. ParcWork is our product. By using this site you agree to what is on this page. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site.
The short version
- This site is information about what we do. It is not a contract.
- Nothing here is a price quote. Pricing is worked out on a call, in writing.
- The demo runs on made up sample data. Do not put real records into it.
- If you send the form or book a call, give us real details and only a phone number you are allowed to give.
- We write the articles here carefully and cite our sources, but they are general reading, not advice for your business.
What this site is
It is a marketing site. You can read about the product, read our articles, open a demo, send us a short form, and book a call. There is no account to create, nothing to log into, and nothing to pay for here.
What these terms do not cover
If you become a client, the work we do for you runs under a separate written agreement that we both sign. That agreement covers scope, price, term, and everything else that matters. It wins over anything on this page, and nothing here changes it.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote
Pages describe what the product does and what a partnership looks like. They are a description, not a binding offer, and no page here forms a contract on its own. Any number that matters, price included, comes to you in writing after we have talked. Prices, features, and pages can change without notice.
The live demo
The demo opens a separate app at a different address. It is filled with sample properties, sample tenants, and sample vendors. None of it is real.
Please do not type real tenant, owner, vendor, or employee information into it. It is a showroom, not a system of record. We may change it, take it down, or reset it at any time.
Using the form and the booking calendar
When you use either one, you agree that:
- The details you give us are accurate.
- The phone number and email address are yours, or you are allowed to hand them over on behalf of your business.
- You are contacting us about a business, and you are old enough to enter into an agreement where you live.
Ticking the consent box on the form means we may contact you about your enquiry by phone, text, and email, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of buying anything, message and data rates may apply, and you can tell us to stop at any time. Our privacy policy explains what we do with what you send, and how to stop it.
The booking calendar is run by cal.com and shown inside our page. When you book, you are also using their service, and their terms and privacy policy cover their part of it.
Things you agree not to do
- Send the form as someone else, with a fake name, or with a phone number that is not yours to give.
- Use the form or the booking calendar to send advertising or spam.
- Try to break, overload, or get around the limits on our forms and pages.
- Scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use it to train a model, without asking us first.
- Copy the site’s design, writing, or code and pass it off as your own.
We block automated submissions and we limit how often the same machine can post the form. If your submission is blocked, you can always book a time on the calendar or email us instead.
Our writing and our brand
The words, images, drawings, layout, and code on this site are ours, or used with permission. ParcWork and Zero to Agent are our brand names.
You are welcome to read our articles, quote a paragraph, and share the link, with credit and a link back. Republishing a whole article, or using our name or our mark on your own material, needs our written permission first. Ask at hello@zerotoagent.com and we will usually say yes.
Our articles are not advice
We cite a source for every number we publish, and we say so when a number could not be traced. That still makes them general reading. They are not legal, financial, accounting, or compliance advice for your company, and reading them does not make you our client.
The same goes for the service itself. It is an operations service, not legal advice. Compliance decisions stay with your team.
Other people’s sites and tools
This site links out to and loads a few outside services, including the demo app, the cal.com calendar, and measurement tools from Google and Meta. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for what they do or for the content of any site we link to.
The site may go down or change
We do not promise the site, the demo, or the booking calendar will always be available or error free. We may change any of it, or take pages down, at any time. If the form or the calendar is not working for you, email us at hello@zerotoagent.com and we will pick it up from there.
What we do not promise
This website is provided as it is. Beyond what the law requires of us, we do not give any warranty about it, including that it will be uninterrupted, that every figure on it is free of error, or that it will suit any particular purpose of yours.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Zero to Agent is not responsible for indirect losses that follow from using this website, such as lost profit, lost business, or lost data. If we are found responsible for something connected to your use of this website, our total responsibility is limited to 100 Canadian dollars, or the amount you have paid us for the use of this website, whichever is greater.
This paragraph is about the website. It does not limit anything in a signed client agreement, and it does not limit responsibility for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by us, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. Some places do not allow limits like these, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes about this website go to the courts of Ontario. If you are a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away rights your local law gives you.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. If we do, we change the date at the top. Using the site after that means the updated version applies to you.
